Privacy Policy

LazyManhwa Publisher is a private publishing tool. This policy explains the limited information processed when the operator connects a TikTok account and publishes a clip.
Information processed
- TikTok account identifiers, display name, avatar, granted permissions, access token, and refresh token.
- Videos, captions, privacy choices, interaction settings, publish identifiers, and processing status submitted by the operator.
- Security information needed to operate the owner session and validate OAuth and webhook requests.
How information is used
Information is used only to authenticate the controlled creator account, show the account’s current posting options, upload content selected by the operator, display publishing status, prevent duplicate processing, and protect the service.
Storage and security
Account tokens are encrypted before storage in Cloudflare infrastructure. The TikTok client secret and encryption keys remain server-side. Uploaded review videos are transferred to TikTok for publishing and are not intentionally retained by this web application after the request finishes. Webhook payloads may be retained for up to 72 hours to prevent duplicate processing and diagnose delivery.
Sharing
Information is sent to TikTok when required to provide Login Kit and Content Posting API functions, and is processed by Cloudflare as the hosting provider. It is not sold or used for advertising.
Retention and deletion
The operator may disconnect TikTok from the publishing console, which deletes the stored account tokens. Platform-side data remains subject to TikTok’s own policies. Security and webhook records expire automatically unless they must be retained to investigate abuse or comply with law.
Your choices
The connected account can revoke access through TikTok account settings or the Disconnect control. Requests concerning stored information may be sent to lazymanhwa9@gmail.com.
Updates
This policy may be updated when the publishing workflow or connected platforms change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
